Delete your account.

You own your data. You can delete your Structure account at any time, directly from the app or by emailing us. Here's how, and what happens afterward.

From inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from Structure itself:

  • Open Structure and sign in.
  • Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
  • Confirm by entering your email address. You’ll receive a verification code to confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@s-t-r-u-c-t-u-r-e.com from the address associated with your account. Include:

  • The subject line Delete my account.
  • The email you used to sign up.
  • A short confirmation that you want the account deleted.

We’ll verify the request and complete the deletion within seven days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your profile, email, and authentication records.
  • Your pantry, recipes, workouts, and health preferences.
  • Your contacts, tier assignments, and relationship notes.
  • Your uploaded sources (PDFs, articles), units, and passage attempts.
  • Your skills modules, practice logs, and assessments.

Personal data is removed from production systems within 30 days and from encrypted backups within 90 days.

What we keep (and why)

We retain a small amount of information where the law requires it, specifically:

  • Billing and tax records (typically up to seven years), as required by tax law.
  • Logs needed to investigate fraud or abuse, for no longer than is reasonable.

This information is minimized, access-controlled, and never used for marketing.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions are managed outside of our system.

iOS subscriptions: cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device.

Web subscriptions: cancel in Structure under Profile → Settings → Billing, before deleting your account.
